Our London HQ is home to our in-house Design team, who are inspired by the natural world, luxurious fine leathers and the remarkable women who wear our bags. Virtual Store Sales Consultant - Temporary Contract - MAT Cover - Milton Keynes - 32 hours
Deliver an outstanding level of customer service, achieve this by creating memorable shopping experiences through personalized assistance, expert product knowledge, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers, always prioritising the customers needs
Offering outstanding brand and product knowledge
Taking an active interest in learning about our products to enhance customer experience
Adopting the Radley approach to selling
Using open questions to ascertain customer needs and adapting style appropriately
Resolving customer complaints
Processing transactions efficiently and accurately
Maintain a strong focus on selling, consistently striving to meet and surpass both personal and team targets. Achieve success through proactive engagement, expert product knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences that drive results
Daily To Dos: Working as part of a team to complete daily tasks, which may be rotated on a regular basis, such as. Content creation - can't be camera shy, experience using Canva preferrable but not necessary
Communicating with customers in a professional manner through online business channels.
