We are seeking committed and enthusiastic individuals to join a vibrant secondary school in Basingstoke as Teaching Assistants starting ASAP.
This role is ideal for those considering a future in teaching, as it could lead to a permanent position and school-based teacher training for the right candidates.
Your Role
* Supporting students in and out of the classroom
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and delivery
* Providing 1:1 or small group support where needed
* Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Covering lessons on a short-term basis if required (depending on experience)
Requirements
* A genuine interest in working with young people
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
* Flexibility and willingness to take on varied support roles
* You must have the right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
