Senior Workday Consultant (Advanced Compensation and Recruiting)
We are partnering with a leading organization to recruit a Senior Workday Consultant to join their team focused on the ongoing enhancement, troubleshooting, and management of the Workday Advanced Compensation and Recruiting modules.
Role Overview:
* Collaborate with Regional HR experts to gather business requirements and translate them into well-architected solutions that utilize the Workday platform effectively.
* Work with key stakeholders and your team to identify system improvements, recommend, and implement solutions.
* Perform testing activities and suggest solutions to meet business needs.
* Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
* Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users, including managing escalated level 3 internal user tickets.
* Ensure the integrity of highly confidential employee data.
* Support the review, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Workday's Advanced Compensation and Recruitment modules.
* Stay updated on new features and deliver configurational changes accordingly.
* Continuously improve business processes and reporting.
* Act as a liaison between IT and HR during daily operations and projects.
* Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy standards.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience with Workday Advanced Compensation.
* Experience with Workday Recruitment and Absence modules.
* Ability to troubleshoot and analyze new issues using system knowledge.
* Strong communication skills to engage with users at various levels in non-technical language.
* Organized and methodical work approach.
* Excellent time management skills.
