You will deliver BeMS Support to an allocated base, develop meaningful relationships with customers, and demonstrate our values while driving service transformation.
What will you do?
1. Operate within Schneider Electric policies to ensure safety and responsibility, with a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe behaviour.
2. Take ownership of your customer base to meet or exceed contractual requirements.
3. Deliver a best-in-class service.
4. Work closely with customers to identify operational issues.
5. Provide clear service reports demonstrating Schneider Electric's value.
6. Proactively suggest improvements, upgrades, or repairs.
7. Identify energy and enhancement projects for mutual benefit.
8. Assist Operations Managers and Sales with larger opportunities.
9. Participate in team call-out rota and support team members.
What qualifications will make you successful?
* An electrical background, BMS, and/or HVAC experience is beneficial but not necessary.
* Previous experience in a Field Service environment managing customer relationships.
* A motivated individual willing to learn about Schneider Electric's product range.
* Related work experience and a strong track record in similar roles.
* A positive attitude and constructive approach.
* A full driving license.
