£115-£135 per day

Long Term Futures is seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support EYFS and Key Stage 1 pupils through targeted intervention work in a welcoming Camden primary school.
This role is ideal for a skilled HLTA who enjoys delivering structured interventions, supporting early development, and making a measurable impact on pupil progress across the lower school.
About the Role
Working closely with the SENCo, EYFS lead and KS1 teachers, your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering targeted interventions in phonics, early reading, writing and numeracy
* Supporting pupils in EYFS and KS1 to close learning gaps and build confidence
* Leading small-group sessions and occasional 1:1 support
* Adapting intervention strategies to meet a range of learning needs, including SEN
* Supporting early language development and communication skills
* Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teachers and leaders
* Helping maintain structured, engaging and inclusive learning environments

Ideal Candidate Profile
* HLTA status or significant experience delivering interventions
* Strong understanding of EYFS and KS1 curriculum
* Confident delivering phonics, early literacy and numeracy support
* Experience supporting pupils with additional needs
* Proactive, organised and able to work independently
* Committed to a long-term role
