What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting and developing a small QA team (currently two people)
* Helping to embed and improve quality systems and processes across site
* Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
* Working closely with the Technical Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives
