Overview
As our digitalisation portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in either Leatherhead or Oslo.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering complex digital and IT projects from concept through to deployment. You will work closely with engineering, IT, OT, and cybersecurity teams to ensure successful outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading end-to-end delivery of digital and IT projects
* Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, IT, OT, and cybersecurity
* Developing and managing project plans using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
* Overseeing integration of digital platforms with existing systems (SCADA, DCS, historians, cloud platforms, APIs, and data pipelines)
* Managing stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators
* Controlling scope, budget, quality, and risk
* Planning deployment, training, change management, and operational handover
What You’ll Bring
Essential Experience
* 4+ years’ experience in project management within IT, digitalisation, or technology delivery
* Proven track record of delivering technically complex projects
* Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data architectures, APIs, cybersecurity, and industrial systems
* Experience working with engineering and operations teams (Oil & Gas or energy sector highly valued)
* Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
Key Skills
* OT/IT integration and systems thinking
* Stakeholder and vendor management
* Scope, change, and budget control
* Risk management and quality assurance
* Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
Desirable
* Fluency in Norwegian
* Experience in energy, Oil & Gas, or high-reliability industries
* Familiarity with platforms such as Azure, AWS, AVEVA, or Hexagon
