Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, setting up, and clearing away equipment and materials for practical science lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring safe storage and handling of chemicals and resources.
Supporting teaching staff during practical lessons where needed.
Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed in the labs.
Assisting with inventory management and ordering of resources.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A science-related qualification (A-level or higher; a degree is desirable but not essential).
Previous experience working in a school lab or similar scientific environment (preferred).
Good organisational and time management skills.
An understanding of COSHH regulations and safe lab practices.
A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting teaching and learning.
