About the role
Ysgol Henry Richard is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team by February 2nd. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and coordinate the work of the cleaning team.
2. Ensure all areas of the school are cleaned to the highest standards.
3. Monitor stock levels and order cleaning supplies as needed.
4. Maintain health and safety compliance at all times.
5. Liaise with school management regarding cleaning schedules and requirements.
Essential Skills & Qualities:
6. Previous experience in cleaning and supervisory roles.
7. Strong organisational and communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
