About Overchain

Overchain is the settlement layer for global businesses moving money across fiat and stablecoins. We provide the infrastructure that allows financial institutions, payment service providers, brokerages, fund administrators, and large corporates to receive, convert, and settle value at institutional speed and standards, with compliance built in from the ground up.


We sit at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. Our founders come from institutional FX and payments, and the business is run with the same discipline: deep banking integrations, reliable execution, OTC depth, and white-glove service for clients that move serious money.


We are now expanding our enterprise footprint across global financial services, with a focus on the UK, Europe, and worldwide, in line with our regulatory roadmap and the broader institutional adoption of stablecoin-based settlement.


The Role

You'll be a core part of Overchain's institutional sales team, building pipeline and converting enterprise opportunities across financial services, working closely with senior leadership on strategic accounts. You'll engage licensed financial institutions, EMIs, PSPs, CFD and FX brokerages, fund administrators, corporate treasury, and the wider ecosystem of partners that surround them.


This is a category-defining product in a category-defining moment. The institutional shift toward stablecoin-based settlement is just beginning, the regulatory framework is opening, and Overchain is positioned to win meaningful share.


Key Responsibilities

* Drive enterprise sales activity across global financial services, with a focus on the UK, Europe, and worldwide.
* Build and convert a high-value enterprise pipeline, progressing complex multi-stakeholder deals through commercial, legal, risk, and procurement.
* Run prospecting and outbound activity into target accounts across the institutional segment.
* Run discovery and qualification across inbound and outbound opportunities, identifying genuine fit and prioritising effort accordingly.
* Engage senior decision-makers including CFOs, Heads of Treasury, Heads of Payments, COOs, CROs, and Founder-CEOs, representing Overchain credibly in those conversations.
* Support senior team members on the most complex deals, contributing to deal strategy, commercial structuring, and stakeholder management.
* Represent Overchain at major institutional finance, payments, and digital asset events alongside the wider team.
* Manage CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting to a high standard, ensuring accurate forecasting and account planning.
* Share market intelligence back into the business, working with founders, product, and compliance on what's resonating and where the gaps are.


Requirements

* 4–6 years of enterprise sales or business development experience in payments, banking, fintech, FX, or institutional digital assets.
* Track record of closing six and seven figure deals with financial institutions, EMIs, PSPs, brokerages, fund administrators, or large corporates, or meaningfully contributing to larger deals.
* Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders including CFO, Treasury, and senior commercial level, with support on the most senior conversations.
* Working understanding of stablecoin and digital asset infrastructure as it applies to institutional settlement, treasury, and embedded finance.
* Comfort selling both a premium, white-glove proposition and an embedded API-led infrastructure proposition.
* Strong communicator across technical, regulatory, and commercial conversations.
* Disciplined operator with strong pipeline hygiene and forecasting habits.


Nice to Have

* Prior commercial experience at a stablecoin, digital asset, or settlement infrastructure business.
* Background at an institutional FX, prime brokerage, or payments business with corporate treasury exposure.
* Experience selling into or partnering with licensed financial institutions and EMIs.
* Direct exposure to OTC trading, treasury yield, or staking propositions.

* £70,000–£90,000 base salary dependent on experience, plus a very generous commission package based on performance.
