voco Grand Central Hotel are looking for our next Front Office Night Receptionist (Part-Time) to join us in creating a warm voco welcome for our guests! Our locally curated voco Grand Central stands strong in Glasgow’s city centre, bringing together un‑stuffy service and a warm Glasgow welcome to our business and leisure guests alike. Holding the biggest ballroom in Scotland with natural light and our iconic award‑winning Champagne Central Bar, our Hotel is full of over 140 years of culture, history and storytelling with relaxing spaces for guests to enjoy.

As a Front Office Receptionist, your main duties and responsibilities include checking in and out guests, dealing with any queries or complaints, welcoming guests to the city, and encouraging them to join our loyalty program. You will also be a key part of our guests’ overall stay, providing special experiences and recognising our loyal IHG One Rewards members.
Qualifications
* Availability to work a 4‑on‑4‑off shift pattern between 21:30‑08:30
* Experience as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel (beneficial)
* Comfortable working on hotel systems, especially Opera (big plus)
* An un‑stuffy, thoughtful approach to service, showcasing personality and hospitality
* An interest in our environment and sustainability initiatives
* Ready to work in the voco team and provide a warm Glasgow welcome!
