Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer – Head of Department | Coventry or Kenilworth | £40,000 – £60,000

The Role
* Lead the Conveyancing Department across multiple office locations.
* Manage and supervise a team of conveyancers, including regular meetings, appraisals, and ongoing training.
* Oversee all aspects of residential conveyancing work from instruction through to completion.
* Report to senior management on compliance, risk, and business development initiatives.
* Contribute to departmental strategy and succession planning.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, referrers, and clients.
* Opportunity to handle commercial conveyancing matters if desired.
You
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with significant post-qualification experience.
* Proven ability to supervise and lead a team within a conveyancing environment.
* Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach.
* Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail and client care.
* Able to manage a busy caseload while supporting colleagues and maintaining high professional standards.
