Residential Property Lawyer, 5+ Years PQE, Hampshire / Hybrid, GBP Competitive : A new role for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer. JOB REF: 0738.
THE ROLE:
- As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will manage a varied caseload of transactions from instruction to completion.
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior fee earners and assistants
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth, timely completions
- Offering clear, practical legal advice with excellent client care
- Collaborating with the wider property team to enhance service delivery and efficiency
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 Years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- A proven track record of independently managing a high:quality conveyancing caseload
- Experience in supervising or mentoring junior legal professionals
- Excellent technical knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures
- Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines
