The Role
Supporting the Account Management team or directly managing Mid-Tier Accounts. Responsible for managing day-to-day activities, securing CR business, and completing work packets and proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
- Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional service
- Monitor and analyse customer usage of our product
- Work with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
Skills and Experience
We're looking for someone who:
- Brings sales expertise in retail, hospitality, or Cx domain, or has industry consulting experience
- Guides us through the changing dynamics of the retail industry
- Has a background in software with proficiency in complex platforms, digital, cloud, and subscription-based services
- Builds long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and partners
- Delivers innovative solutions to customers' challenges
- Has a value-selling and/or challenger sales mindset, great communication skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent multitasking abilities.

Location : Coventry. Hybrid working- work from home with occasional travel to our head office in Coventry and occasional travel to customer sites
Salary: Competitive & dependent on experience
