Over the busy summer period they need capable and reliable people to join their Clearing teams, dealing with inbound calls and queries from prospective students. These roles will start on June 30th and run through September/October depending on call volumes. Responsibilities: Diagnose and Respond to queries surrounding the clearing process. Successfully identify queries which need further support and transfer to the correct department or drop in sessions. Provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
