What you’ll be doing:
1. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with independent clients, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
2. Build strong relationships with independent players in the local food market, leveraging your curiosity about food trends.
3. Create tailored culinary proposals to help our customers save time and money.
4. Drive growth by achieving profit targets and earning rewards.
5. Onboard new clients professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported by your Area Sales Manager.
6. Monitor market trends and competitors to provide the latest solutions and insights from the leading food wholesaler.
7. Achieve market goals with enthusiasm and determination.
What we are looking for:
While experience in Field Sales or a similar background is preferred, it is not essential.
We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, driven and ambitious to make a positive impact by meeting targets.
Confidence in field-based work and a customer-focused attitude are crucial.
We offer a comprehensive induction program to train you on our products and business, so food service or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
