Principal Electronics Engineer Crawley Hybrid Working £65,000-£75,000 We are currently partnering with a highly innovative engineering organisation who are looking for a Principal Electronics Engineer to join their established engineering team. The company operates within a complex, R&D-led environment, delivering advanced electronic and electrical systems. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to drive technical direction, support high-impact projects, and mentor engineers within a growing team. In role, you will lead system design activities across both electronics and electrical domains, contributing to architecture definition, R&D development, and full lifecycle delivery. You will also engage with senior stakeholders, support bids and proposals, and help shape engineering best practice. The role is based in Crawley and requires office working of 3-4 days a week.
