We’re looking for a Junior Legal Counsel (NQ–2 PQE) to join a dynamic Legal & Compliance team in London.
You will gain broad exposure across corporate, commercial and trading-related legal work, including drafting and negotiating agreements such as ETF authorised participant agreements, market maker and broker agreements, terms of business, NDAs and other trading contracts.
You’ll work closely with trading desks and internal teams, advising on new initiatives, corporate actions and governance matters, while collaborating with colleagues across global offices.
England & Wales qualified (0–2 PQE) with experience in corporate, capital markets or financial transactions from a law firm, trading firm or hedge fund.
Strong drafting skills, organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
