Senior IT Support Specialist – Altrincham – £30k Bens Bonus DCS Technology are partnered with an Employee Owned legal firm in Altrincham. Due to growth across the business we are assisting with expansion of their IT support function. We are looking to add an ambitious and passionate IT Support Analyst to join the team. As an IT Systems Support Engineer, This varied role includes 1st line and 2nd line problem solving, managing their full IT estate, and liaising with 3rd party providers and suppliers. You’ll also contribute to the development and improvement of their Practice and Case Management software, and play a key part in project work for new applications and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities: 1st line & 2nd Line IT support and troubleshooting - Azure AD, Microsoft 365, InTune Managing and maintaining the firm’s IT infrastructure - general understanding of LAN & WAN connectivity Liaising with external IT providers and suppliers Supporting and developing Practice and Case Management software Leading and assisting with IT projects and the introduction of new systems
