* Tocontinuously analyse and review shop results proactively reactingto any challenges or obstacles and creating a clear action plan toimprove the business profitability

* To have full Profit& Loss accountability and to monitor operating costs sothey are in line with the operational budget
* Toensure Prets Financial Standards are followed at all times tominimise risk and ensure the safety of myteam

* To effectively benchmark againstother highperforming shops to identifyopportunities
* To review Coffee Manning TillManning Hot Food plan or any other relevant report to maximiseopportunities to increase sales on each daypart
* To always follow merchandising guidelinesand to ensure marketing is used effectively to drivesales
* To maximise and promote Marketplaceopportunities
DRIVE AND EMBEDCHANGE
* To be the Ambassador of Change;effectively communicating with the team through daily team briefsstaff meetings effective and planned 1:1s. This includes attendanceat cascades and area meetings
* Positivelypromote Pret protecting our business integrity and escalating anycauses of concern relating to this to Group / Ops Manager or pressteam as required
* To actively follow up with theteam with any new standard or initiative to ensure this issuccessfully implemented and embedded in theshop
* To listen to and give constructivefeedback and seek ideas from the team to encourage twowaycommunication in the shop
* To build a networkwith other GMs to share best practice and keep abreast ofcompetitors initiatives
* To ensure my team iswell informed of business changes and focus through regular staffmeetings
* To ensure my Key Roles attend Key Rolemeetings and actions are effectively followedthrough
