Overview
* Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, with a particular emphasis on technology‑related agreements.
* Includes outsourcing, procurement, IT cloud arrangements, data centres, logistics, manufacturing, agency, distribution and franchising.
* The appointed Lawyer will lead client matters and build strong relationships while collaborating with firm‑wide teams.
* Supporting the business and assisting Senior Lawyers in supervising junior staff.
* Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial law.
* Experience in sectors such as technology, healthcare, leisure, life sciences, construction or the public sector is beneficial.
* Familiarity with in‑house or consumer contracts and public procurement is advantageous.
