Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements: Previous experience supporting Primary and/or Secondary Schools, either directly within a school environment or through an MSP, IT services provider, or similar organisation supporting education customers Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and Windows Server Understanding of WAN, LAN, and WLAN technologies Comfortable supporting modern workplace, cloud, and infrastructure technologies Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with teaching staff, school leadership teams, and end users Responsibilities: Provide onsite technical support to Primary and Secondary Schools Manage escalations and resolve IT issues across customer environments Support projects, including upgrades, deployments, migrations, and infrastructure improvements Ensure schools receive a high level of service across their IT infrastructure Build relationships with users and become a valued part of the school environment Take ownership of customer environments and support long-term technology strategies Technologies: Cloud Support LAN Microsoft 365 WLAN Windows Office 365 DevOps More: We are a growing technology solutions provider delivering managed IT services, cloud, infrastructure, networking, and professional services to schools across the UK.
