The Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Your job is simple in theory, but big in impact: get LegalforLandlords in front of the right agents, create strong connections, and generate leads for our service teams. You'll be the first point of contact, the bridge between agents and our wider business.
This isn't about shifting boxes or transactional sales. It's about being a trusted partner — someone agents turn to because they see LegalforLandlords add value, not noise.
What You'll Be Doing
· Building relationships with letting agents across the UK, with a targeted outreach plan
· Acting as a brand ambassador to raise awareness of LegalforLandlords' services
· Generating high-quality leads for our professional services team
· Using calls, events, networking, and social channels to create new opportunities
· Booking and running discovery conversations with agents to understand their challenges
· Working closely with marketing and service teams to align on campaigns and follow-through
· Reporting on pipeline and activity to ensure consistency and progress
Who You Are
· A confident communicator who can connect with people quickly and build trust
· A proactive self-starter who doesn't wait for leads — you create them
· Strategic in your approach: you see beyond one-off wins and aim for partnerships
· Organised and able to manage your own diary, pipeline, and priorities
· Commercially minded: you know how to spot opportunities that bring real value
· Experience in property, insurance, or professional services is a bonus, but attitude and drive matter most
