As we continue to grow team, we are seeking a talented and ambitious Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor to join us.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE to take on high-quality work in a well-regarded team. You will handle a varied and interesting caseload of contentious private client matters, including:
* Disputes involving wills, trusts, and estate administration.
* Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims.
* Challenges to the validity of wills on grounds such as capacity and undue influence.
* Removal of executors/trustees and breach of trust claims.
* Court of Protection disputes.
You’ll work with a broad client base including high-net-worth individuals, trustees, beneficiaries, and charities, and have the chance to play a key role in business development initiatives.
About You
We are looking for a solicitor with:
* 2–6 years’ post-qualification experience in contentious trust and probate matters.
* A strong academic background and solid technical knowledge.
* Excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
* Strong commercial awareness and an eagerness to develop professionally.
* The ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team.
