You will be a part of a dynamic, supportive team, who work across the Learning & Development department, to ensure high quality provision and training.
You will have excellent communication skills, and work with your team to ensure compliance with internal staff in L&D, and external stakeholders, including the College of Policing and the University of South Wales.
This role will coordinate and engage with continuous monitoring, including the feedback and evaluation of training across the business, and support the Continual Professional Development of Assessors and Trainers within your own team, and the department.

You will help develop training, support assessors and ensure standards are met in line with organisational and Awarding Body requirements.
You will lead the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) processes for different areas (e.g. PCER, PCSOs), including standardisation meetings, dip-sampling, moderation and evaluation.
You will have a good working relationship with internal colleagues, and with external stakeholders, representing the department at regional QA meetings and working collaboratively with external bodies such as the University of South Wales, College of Policing and Skills for Justice Awards.
