Your Role as Teaching Assistant (TA): Assist pupils across a range of subjects and learning levels. Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive classroom activities. Provide one-to-one and small-group support to help students reach their full potential. Help maintain a positive, nurturing, and well-organised classroom environment. Support lesson preparation, resource organisation, and general classroom duties. What You’ll Need as a Teaching Assistant: Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with learners. Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential). An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
