An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Flimwell & Tunbridge Wells Agency.
About the role:
* Process general customer enquiries, policy alterations, renewals and introduce new/additional NFU Mutual insurance products and services.
* Pro-actively establish new sales opportunities by cross selling
* Introduce NFU Mutual’s range of Financial Services products.
* Transact business compliantly within FCA requirements and always with a ‘customer-centric’ approach.
About you:
* Individuals who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
* A confident personality who can work well within a team environment but can also work just as well as an individual
* Someone who shows initiative and has a “can do” attitude
* Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.
* Sales and/or customer service experience is desirable; however, insurance experience is not essential.
* Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Math’s and English (or equivalent).
* Full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
