We are currently recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and growing events organisation based in Sutton. This company is making a meaningful impact in the live performance space, working with both performers and venues across the UK. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a background in customer support or sales support, who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for both performers and venues, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Support users of the company’s event management app, assisting with technical queries and general platform guidance.
3. Coordinate schedules and availability, helping to match performers to venues and manage shift arrangements effectively.
4. Build and maintain strong working relationships, providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive user experience.
