Milk Education are recruiting for a compassionate and skilled SEN Early Years / KS1 Teacher to join a fantastic specialist SEN school in Dagenham. This role is perfect for a teacher with experience supporting children with a range of needs, including ASD, SLD, and MLD, who is passionate about creating nurturing, inclusive learning environments for younger pupils. The school is supportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking, with a strong focus on diversity and equality. As part of a dedicated team, you\'ll play a key role in helping pupils develop communication, social, and early learning skills that will lay the foundation for their future progress.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons tailored to Early Years / KS1 SEN learners
* Supporting pupils with ASD, SLD, and MLD to access the curriculum at their own pace
* Promoting inclusion, independence, and personal development in every lesson
* Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to ensure consistent support
Experience / Qualifications
* QTS / QTLS status (essential)
* At least 2 years\' teaching experience, ideally within SEN settings
* Strong knowledge of Early Years / KS1 curriculum and SEN strategies
* Empathy, patience, and a commitment to inclusive education
