Role: Lead Receptionist/Administrator Reporting to : General Manager
Contract: Full-time (part-time considered)
Hours: 40 hours per week, including regular weekends and evenings

Based in the heart of the Hamble River with The Solent on our doorstep, we are one of the world's finest yacht clubs with a sailing area to match. We are currently seeking a warm, professional, and highly organised Lead Receptionist/Administrator to be the welcoming face of the Club and to support our membership and front-of-house operations.
You will ensure a high standard of service at reception and support the day-to-day operations of the Club. Welcome all members, overnight residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Oversee our hotel management system as well as third party interfaced sites.
Manage room rates via our website, including special offers.
Manage room bills and ensure payments are taken in line with club policy.
Handle telephone and email enquiries promptly and courteously.
Provide accurate information on Club facilities, events, and services.
Manage guest sign-ins and ensure reception areas are tidy and presentable.
Liaise with the Housekeeping team to coordinate guest stays and room requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data protection standards.
Previous experience in Reception or office management, preferably in a hotel or members club environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or membership systems is a plus.
