We're on the lookout for a creative, switched-on Senior Marketing Manager to drive all things comms across a group of vibrant, music-loving venues. From social strategy and digital campaigns to brand collabs and killer event promosyoull be shaping how they show up in the world. What Youll Be Doing:
* Rolling out a bold, year-round marketing plan that keeps our venues front of mind and full of good vibes.
* Growing our brand as a go-to destination for live music, great drinks, and unforgettable nights.
* Setting the tone for our brandfun, inclusive, and a little cheekyacross every touchpoint.
* Being a calm, confident leader who can juggle deadlines, ideas, and a playlist or two.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
* Owning all content and commsfrom socials and websites to email campaigns and printed bits.
* Planning smart, engaging campaigns that speak to our audience (young, sociable, music-mad).
* Attending events and connecting with influencers as a digital ambassador for the brand.
* Working with internal teams to plan, create, and deliver standout marketing for gigs, promos, and big nights.
* Managing and mentoring our Social Media & Marketing Execkeeping the ideas fresh and the content fun.
* Handling budgets and timelines like a pro, while keeping creativity flowing.
* Briefing designers and agencies, making sure our visuals are always on point.
* Reporting on marketing performance and audience growth with a clear, strategic lens.
* Keeping our social channels buzzing and building genuine community engagement.
* Staying ahead of the curve with industry trends and what our competitors are up to.
