As Recruitment Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of functions
Partnering with hiring managers to plan workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring strategies
Developing sourcing plans to attract diverse, high-quality candidates
Monitoring recruitment metrics and generating regular performance reports
Ensuring compliance with employment law, internal policy and best practice
As Recruitment Manager, your experience will include:
Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally with team leadership or management exposure
Strong understanding of talent acquisition methods, tools and employer branding
Confidence working directly with senior leadership and departmental heads
Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience using ATS platforms and reporting tools
