We're delighted to be recruiting for a Lettings Officer to join our exciting Market Rent Team, based in our Collins House office in Eastleigh on a permanent basis.
You will be attending viewings and working alongside our voids teams so that our stock remains occupied and providing the best yield as possible.
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
This role requires you to have access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence.
Previous experience in lettings is desirable whilst working as a member of the team and with the flexibility to cope with changes to work plans at short notice.
We are looking for someone with a friendly telephone manner and able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and oral with the ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals.
You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise your own own workload.
