Contact Centre Sales Advisor – Glasgow
A leading European provider of entertainment, connectivity, and mobile services is recruiting Customer Sales Advisors to join its growing Glasgow team. • Start date: 26 January 2026
• Salary: £25,120 per year plus average incentives of £4,900
• Hours: 37.5 per week across 4 or 5 days between 8:30am and 8pm (evenings and weekends included)
• Working pattern: Hybrid after training
About the role
The Contact Centre Sales Advisor role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers, solving problems, and driving sales. Advisors handle inbound calls from existing customers who are considering reducing or cancelling their services. The goal is to understand each customer’s needs, offer the right solutions, and maintain long term loyalty. It is a fast paced, target led environment that rewards strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Key responsibilities
• Manage inbound retention calls from existing customers
• Build strong rapport and deliver customer focused conversations
• Recommend the most suitable packages and solutions
• Work to personal and team sales targets
• Support customer retention and satisfaction goals
• Occasionally work up to 5 additional hours in peak periods, which can be taken back as time off later
Training and development
All new starters complete a seven week, face to face training programme. This includes classroom learning, product and systems training, and time in the Academy handling real customer calls with support from experienced coaches. Training takes place Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and holidays are not taken during this period.
