- Support day-to-day production activities, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvement plans
- Lead Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews to optimise product build processes
- Analyse downtime, identify root causes and implement improvements to increase quality, efficiency and productivity
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and ensure smooth transition into production
- Collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support quality assurance activities and investigate manufacturing failures and non-conformances
Manufacturing EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles including 5S, Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools
