Ob Title: Quality Escape Investigator
Location: Lincoln, covering 2 sites: Teal Park and Ruston Main Works
Contract Details:
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Contract Length: 6 - 12 months (potential to be extended or made Perm)
- Working Pattern: Full Time
- Shifts:
- To Start: 8am - 4pm
- Then Flexible: Shifts between the operational business hours of 6am - 10pm
- Salary: £20 - £40 per hour Depending on Experience
- Holidays: 28 days up to 12 weeks' service, increased to 34 days post 12 weeks' service (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

Responsibilities:
As a Quality Escape Investigator, you will play a crucial role in identifying and resolving issues in the manufacturing process to ensure maximum quality and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Identification of problems.
2. Pulling information from the system.
3. Discussing problems with the team and creating clear problem definitions.
4. Collaborating with the team to understand the root cause of the problem.
5. Developing countermeasures to resolve the problem and prevent recurrence.
6. Capturing all details in the vision management board.
7. Working effectively as part of a team.
Essential Skills and Experience:
8. Previous experience in quality control or a similar role.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
11. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
12. Experience in the manufacturing industry.
13. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
14. Knowledge of Six Sigma
15. Experience using SAP.
Technologies:
16. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
17. Ability to adapt well to new systems.
