An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the dynamic nursing team within GMED (Out of Hours Urgent Care, Health and Social Care Moray) as a Band 7 Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
We have a number of full time and part time substantive and bank posts across Grampian. Please note that the supernumerary period during induction and training will require some attendance in Aberdeen.
Hours of work are a mixture of weekday nights and weekend and public holiday days and nights.
We are keen to hear from qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioners with extensive post registration experience, a broad clinical knowledge base and exceptional communication and problem solving skills. Previous experience of autonomous working in an advanced role within primary care would be beneficial. The service would be pleased to consider applications from Advanced Paramedic Practitioners. Within the service, there is a huge emphasis on, and support with, building upon existing knowledge and experience, as well as continuing professional development. As such, we would consider shortlisting and appointment using Annexe 21, for the right enthusiastic, and highly motivated candidate who has valuable experience to offer.
Interviews will take place 22 - 23 October 2025
Informal visits and enquiries are welcomed and encouraged. Please contact Bridget Coutts, Lead Nurse on 01224 655686 or email bridget.coutts@nhs.scot or email Lisa Morrison, ANP Team Leader lisa.morrison2@nhs.scot
