About the Role
As a Curriculum Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our strategic objectives and ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and learner experience across our A level curriculum and services.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of outstanding educational provision.
* Work collaboratively with staff across departments to implement innovative and inclusive practices.
* Line manage teaching and support staff, driving performance and accountability.
* Design, plan, and deliver high-quality, learner-focused curriculum programmes.
* Ensure compliance with funding regulations and quality assurance processes.
* Use data effectively to improve learner attendance, retention, and progression.
* Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective and high-impact delivery.
* Prepare for and contribute to internal and external audits, inspections, and quality reviews.
Qualifications
* Proven success in leading teams or departments within an educational or comparable setting.
* Deep understanding of curriculum design, quality assurance, and student achievement.
* Strong strategic thinking, communication, and people management skills.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective partnerships internally and externally.
* Commitment to creating inclusive and empowering learning environments.
* Proactive, strategic mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learner success.
* Relevant teaching qualification and leadership training (or willingness to obtain these) with experience in A level.
