Salary: £30,000 per annum
About the Membership Officer role
Nobul is excited to be partnering with a professional membership organisation, who are currently recruiting for a Membership Officer to join their Membership and Professional Standards Team.
Reporting to the Head of Membership Services, the Membership Officer will be responsible for supporting activities across the Membership Team. They are looking for someone with a friendly, supportive and collaborative approach to work to play a key role in the promotion, recruitment and registration of members, and be central to the success of the Institution.
What you’ll do as the Membership Officer
* Administer applications for membership and specialist registers.
* Manage registration processes with external councils and organisations.
* Provide administrative support for committees and audits.
* Maintain and develop the CRM system to meet organisational needs.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and quality management standards.
Key skills and experience for our Membership Officer
* The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills combined with administrative experience of working in a busy office environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems (ideally CiviCRM).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* A problem-solving approach to work.
Desirable:
* Experience in a professional body or equivalent.
