Responsibilities
* Work long‑term with one or a few clients, supporting one person per shift.
* Assist clients with seizure management, PEG feeding, personal care, moving and handling, and daily living tasks.
* Provide care in a compassionate, person‑centred manner.
Shift Pattern & Availability
* Days: 08:00 – 20:00
* Waking Nights: 20:00 – 08:00
* Minimum commitment of two shifts per week; both full‑time and part‑time positions available.
* Additional shifts available locally for those with flexible availability and willingness to travel.
Requirements
* Experience or willingness to support clients with complex needs.
* Strong people skills and compassion.
* Meeting Enhanced DBS check and providing professional references.
