Job Description
As a Stockroom Assistant, you are responsible for all stockroom operations to optimise the retail business and enhance the efficiency of the selling process to drive commercial success!
You are flexible, proactive, and enjoy stock management, as well as maintaining the effective overall stock flow and storage process to improve and speed up the customer experience.
You’ll be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts of inventory to ensure accurate stock levels, organising and maintaining the stockroom for efficient storage and retrieval of products, checking and verifying incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality control, and assisting in replenishing stock on the sales floor.

You are unique because of your ability to maintain exceptionally high store standards, including merchandising products, managing point of sale, and ensuring cleanliness of displays.
As a Stockroom Assistant, you should also have:
1. Relevant experience in a similar position within retail or hospitality.
2. Proven success in a retail sales environment, preferably within a fast-moving consumer goods company.
3. Awareness of stock control, monitoring stock levels, and previous experience with end-to-end management of deliveries, replenishment, and stock takes.
