Backend Software Developer – C#

We're looking for a talented Backend Software Developer to join our fast-paced and ambitious Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team.
This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer engagement platform ,a platform that powers communication with millions of customers across multiple channel
What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop, enhance and maintain scalable backend services for our CRM platform
* Deliver clean, efficient, and reliable code that performs at enterprise level
* Support testing and QA phases throughout development cycles
* Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements
* Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis across infrastructure and systems
* Contribute to CI/CD automation and drive improvements in our development workflows
* Assist with architectural design, including our transition into Golang
What We’re Looking For
* Proven commercial experience in cloud-based development (GCP, AWS or Azure)
* Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, SQL, or Golang (or similar modern backend languages)
* Familiarity with software development best practices and agile methodologies
* Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
* Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas across teams and stakeholders
* A degree in Computer Science (or equivalent hands-on experience)
