TSR Legal are pleased to be partnering with a well-established and reputable law firm that is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join its Support Department. Role Overview
As a Paralegal, you will work closely with Fee Earners across the residential property department, providing essential legal and administrative support. This role offers fantastic exposure to a broad range of legal matters and is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting Fee Earners with a variety of legal tasks, including:
Legal research
Drafting and preparing legal documents
Attending and conducting client meetings
Managing administrative duties such as file opening, filing/e-filing, and document collation
Handling client communication via email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams
Monitoring Fee Earners matters during periods of absence, ensuring smooth information flow and continuity
Keeping up to date with professional development through seminars, webinars, and internal training
Managing incoming emails and post, ensuring Fee Earners receive information promptly
Ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations and completing required training
Supporting wider business initiatives, including marketing and networking events
Providing assistance to other Fee Earners and departments when required
Key Skills & Experience
Degree or equivalent qualification
Strong IT proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in a conveyancing support role
