We are looking for a part-time receptionist to join PEM and provide a professional, welcoming service to our clients and colleagues. The role is based at our Cambridge office on Mondays and Tuesdays, 8.00am–5.30pm, and involves a mix of front-of-house, administrative, and facilities support.
You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring the reception and meeting rooms are maintained to a high standard, coordinating diaries, and supporting office operations. Responsibilities also include handling post, managing couriers, providing refreshments, and assisting with facilities tasks such as fire marshal duties and health & safety checks. The role is ideal for someone with strong customer service, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive, team-focused approach.
