RSW are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Purchase and Sales Ledger Administrator to join a client’s finance team in Port Talbot. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining supplier accounts. This role is crucial in supporting the financial operations of the company and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Duties
* Day to day process of purchase and sales ledger invoices and credit notes
* Communication with customers and suppliers regarding invoice queries
* Processing of customer and supplier payments and account reconciliation.
* Investigation and production of customer credit requests.
* Production of aged debt report and follow ups with customers.
* Statement reconciliation and communication of any discrepancies.
* Supplier invoice 3-way match and processing on accounting system with investigation of any discrepancies along the way.

* Knowledge in purchase and sales ledger processes.

* Computer literate with good IT skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat.
