Our Manchester office seeks a Senior Architect – Life Sciences to join the team.
About You
You will have experience delivering projects from concept to detailed design in the life science sector, including laboratories and GMP manufacturing facilities. You will work with a team of Architects and Technicians to deliver high-quality outputs.
You should demonstrate high levels of creativity, imagination, and enthusiasm, with good knowledge of technical details and specifications.
Key Purpose
We provide space for the industry’s most creative minds to innovate and develop advanced technologies. Our projects support science, health, pharmaceutical, bioscience, and related industries, including laboratory refurbishments across the UK and Europe.
* Design and specify all aspects of Architecture following current guidelines, standards, and regulations
* Contribute to mentoring early-career staff and departmental improvements
* Manage architectural involvement in multidisciplinary projects, overseeing time, cost, quality, and client relationships
* Ensure quality and compliance within local teams and projects
Our projects are compliant, safe, and adaptable for future reconfiguration and expansion.
The role may require security clearance, which the successful candidate must obtain and maintain.
