Your opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about pupil welfare who can make a difference in a child's learning journey. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting children's behaviour, communication, social, and emotional development across the school. They will actively assist our Teachers and Inclusion Leader in supporting children both within and outside the classroom.
The role involves providing interventions through small group and one-to-one work to support learning and academic progress, as well as behavioural and pastoral support as a trained ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) and Thrive Practitioner. Experience in a similar role or working in a primary school is preferred, but applications from candidates with a background supporting young children in different contexts are also welcome.

The Details
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £22,918.66 FTE (Actual Salary: £8,131.07)
Hours: 15 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 12pm - 3pm, 38.6 weeks per year
