Responsibilities
* Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in leading the restaurant team and ensuring exceptional service to guests.
* Develop a deep knowledge of the menu to able to advise guests on dishes.
* Train new staff and support current staff to maintain high standards.
* Foster close relationships across all teams and occasionally support other departments.
* Help create memorable experiences for all guests.
