Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: This exciting opportunity is based at a unique service in Carlton (NG4), Nottingham, supporting people in their own home, within an elderly setting. The service features 11 individual flats and a vibrant communal area where friendships flourish and activities bring joy. As a Service Leader Level 1, you’ll support your Manager to lead a passionate and engaged team to deliver person-centred care that truly transforms lives. You’ll be responsible for: Driving performance and setting a positive, inclusive culture Leading by example and ensuring services are well-resourced Supporting people with complex needs, including behaviours that require intensive support planning Promoting independence, dignity, and choice in every aspect of care You’ll also play a key role in helping people access the community and enjoy activities they love — from arts and crafts, concerts, and football matches to bingo nights, swimming, and dancing.
