Deputy Manager - Domiciliary Care & Supported Living
Deputy Manager (Office & Field-Based)Nottingham£26,000 - £32,000 (Dependent on experience)Full-Time | Permanent | Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

We're seeking a Deputy Manager to join our growing team, supporting adults in domiciliary care and supported living settings across Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine office-based leadership with hands-on fieldwork, ensuring that every service user receives compassionate, person-centred care.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead the development of care plans and risk assessments
* Oversee staff rotas, supervisions, and day-to-day management
* Conduct quality assurance, audits, and spot checks
* Ensure compliance with CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs)
* Support with recruitment, onboarding, and training
* Participate in the on-call rota and provide emergency cover when needed
* Foster strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals
What We're Looking For:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)Experience in domiciliary care or supported livingStrong knowledge of CQC standards and person-centred careConfident with IT, time management, and decision-makingFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Leadership or management qualifications (NVQ 4/5) are desirable but not essential.
